We constructed this beer to emulate the experience of a day at the coast of Sicily. With it’s mix of confers, palm & citrus trees this is area offers a unique sensory experience. We added loads of Sicilian Lemon puree, a touch of pomegranate juice, and layered in Balsam Firinfused seas salt and cold-steeped, fresh rosemary. Bright lemon flavors dominate with subtle berry, pine & herbal notes with a light salinity to round it all out.
