We totally had a great time porking out last night at the Pork-a-Pa-Looza! I was super excited that my wife Ali was willing to give me some of her pork belly because it was AMAZING! Thanks to team kitchen and all involved in putting together this great event.

We have a bunch of pub exclusives coming up in the very near future. Wednesday marks the return of Johnny Rawton Pils - truly what an American pils should be. Next Tuesday Snowblower is BACK!!! I've been nostalgic for both of these beers so I totally brewed them. I had some friends down to help brew them. Ryan come in for Snowblower and Kammerdeiner was down for JRP. We laughed, we cried, we hugged it out. Well, we laughed at least. This Wednesday, me, Sam, and Jon Carpenter are making a special secret brew and next Tuesday, guys from the packaging department will be descending on the brew pub to make a milk stout with fire roasted green plantains, Haitian coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg. This will be a stupendously delicious winter warmer for sure. The Pain Relievaz Porter (formerly known as the pub team brew) is still pouring and tasting great. Come and get some while it lasts.
