Get to know our spirited side at Distillery Dinner
Randall the Enamel Animal isn't just for beer anymore.
At our Sunday, Jan. 26, Distillery Dinner, the hop-infusing Randall device is hitting the hard stuff. We'll be running our signature Jin through a Randall packed with Ahtanum hops, a citrusy and floral hop similar to Cascade.
The infused Jin will be the main ingredient in a cocktail called Felicity Shagwell, a lemon parsley gin julep. It'll be paired with Arugula Angel Hair with Meyer lemon, pistachios and Gran Riserva pecorino.
Sounds amazing, right? That's just the beginning.
"We're putting a twist on the beer-dinner concept," says distiller Alison Schrader. "We've been distilling here at Dogfish since 2002, and this dinner gives us the opportunity to showcase all the fun we have with spirits."
Sunday's 5-course meal includes five cocktails made with Dogfish spirits and house-made mixers, infusions and beer cocktails.
