Our iterative process of exploring what could be continues with our latest iteration, Alternate Takes 4: Whiskey Finished in Utopias Barrels & Oloroso Sherry Barrels. For this take, we harvested our own American Single Malt Whiskey and finished it in 74% Samuel Adams Utopias barrels and 26% Oloroso Sherry barrels, finding a beautiful harmony at the intersection of fine beer and fine spirits.
