Join us on Tuesday, August 27 for Chesapeake & Maine’s August Dinner Party benefitting the Rehoboth Beach Museum.

Enjoy a four-course, chef curated meal with cocktail pairings for each course for $65 per person. Inspired by the Golden Age of Rehoboth Beach and Rehoboth Beach Museum's historic diorama display, step back in time with our 1910-themed menu. Menu:

1st Course:
Seared Striper with Endive, Green Tomato Gravy, and Spinach “Sea Glass”
Paired with "Reho 62'"- Torresella Prosecco & Passion Fruit: A vibrant, tart aperitif, passion fruit flavors similar to a hurricane, like the bad storm that destroyed our beach town in 1914 and 1962

2nd Course:
Grilled Scallops on the shell, Peach Dust, Cucumber Caviar, Cherry Tuile
Paired with "10-20"- DFH Whole Leaf Gin, Thyme Infused Vermouth, Peach Bitters: A reverse spec Martini with savory notes, named simply for the time frame we are shooting for, and also the spec used for the martini

3rd Course:
“The Henlopen” Seared Flounder, Festina Peache Beurre Monte, Roasted Champagne Carrots
OR
“The Rehoboth” Roasted Half Chicken, Sage Foam, Chive Latke, Braised Heirloom Tomato
Paired with "Golden Boxcar"- Maison Rouge VSOP Cognac, Grilled Peach Maple, Lemon: A play on the Sidecar cocktail with local peaches, named after a boxcar on a train since the golden age of Rehoboth was built around the growing railroad industry at the time

4th Course:
Festina Peche Poached Peaches, Blackberry Coulis, Allspice Chantilly
Paired with "Liveryman Lynch"- Let's Get Lost Whiskey, Alt. Takes 4 Whiskey, Benedictine, Spiced Almond Syrup: A play on a Toronto Cocktail, named after Joseph W. Lynch who ran a transportation service for folks coming off the train to their hotels as well as to the beach and the Henlopen Lighthouse
