Tasting Notes:
Deep apple flavor with tannic wood notes, distinct orange zest flavor, herbal underbody of thyme, lingering sweet but bitter flavors on the tongue.
We teamed up with our pals at Boathouse Sports to create an Italian style aperitif that's built on a base on 6 year old apple brandy made from local Delaware apples. A sweet but bitter aperitif filled with flavors of orange, rhubarb, thyme, and red rooibos tea, this goodness is perfect for prosecco spritzes or as a partner in gin and whiskey cocktails.
