Introducing Chesapeake & Maine ... our new seafood restaurant!
We’re kicking off 2016 with the opening of Chesapeake & Maine, a new seafood restaurant inspired by founder and president Sam Calagione’s summers spent in Dogfish Head, Maine and Dogfish’s connection to the Chesapeake region!
The menu will consist of sustainably sourced seafood from Maine and the Chesapeake Bay (starting to see where that name came from?) with a unique take on classic New England dishes such as Maine lobster Bolognese and a seafood charcuterie. With an inviting and casual maritime theme, the restaurant will feature porthole windows and oyster shell chandeliers.
We’ll also be spotlighting our just launched 100% scratch-made spirits line with a draft cocktail menu that highlights Analog Vodka, Compelling Gin and Whole Leaf Gin.
Opening February 2016, you can find Chesapeake & Maine at 316 Rehoboth Ave. in downtown Rehoboth Beach … right next door to the original Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats. Initially, Chesapeake & Maine will be dinner only opening at 4 p.m.
