If you like the Analog beer lineup, you'll love the music lineup
There are great beers at Analog-A-Go-Go. There are great vendors at Analog-A-Go-Go. And there are most definitely great bands at Analog-A-Go-Go.
Thursday, June 11: Tall Tales and the Silver Lining
A Los Angeles-based band led by songwriter Trevor Beld Jimenez. Beld Jimenez grew up on the sounds of ‘70s AM radio, along with L.A. classics like Jackson Browne, Court and Spark-era Joni Mitchell, Neil Young & Crazy Horse, and The Byrds. His music incorporates all of that – classic songwriting, great playing, simple, hook-heavy arrangements and thoughtful production – but updates the sound for today.
Friday, June 12: Built to Spill
A 20+-year-strong indie rock band based in Boise, Idaho. “Martsch and his bandmates continue to make dense, driving rock with good old-fashioned chords and melodies, and for this we should all be grateful.” – Rolling Stone
Saturday, June 13: Hop Along
This Philadelphia-based indie grunge folk band is led by Frances Quinlan. Emerging as one of music’s most unique songwriters, Quinlan weaves vivid stories of desperation and weary awakening. Her powerful voice is a spellbinding entity all it’s own, celebratory and raw, and one that can’t be shaken away.
Don’t miss both Built to Spill and Hop Along on Esquire’s list of “The 40 Songs You Need to Hear for Summer 2015.” And don’t you dare miss Analog-A-Go-Go.
Above shows start at 10 p.m. at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach. Free, no tickets necessary.
p.s. Dogfish favorites Hymn for Her will be putting on a show at 2 p.m. Saturday during the main Analog event at our Milton brewery. If you haven’t seen Lucy and Wayne crank out their juiced-up backwoods country blues, it alone is worth the price of admission! (This show does require tickets.)
