Dogfish Head and Grateful Dead are overwhelmed by the response to our counterculture collaboration. We received more than 1,500 stories and ingredient suggestions ... and almost 75% of them were legal!

A panel from the Dogfish Head and Grateful Dead teams is going to pick the ingredient that works best in the context of a strong pale ale recipe. We'll announce the chosen ingredient in a few weeks, and we hope to invite the fan who suggested the ingredient to our coastal Delaware brewpub in the spring to help brew a test batch.
