Want to celebrate American Craft Beer Week with Dogfish? We have quite a few chances for you to join us!

Check out some of the events we're hosting at our brewpub &brewery (below) or join in on one of our Events happening around the country the week of May 16-22, 2011.

All week long (Tues 5/17 - Sat 5/21)...

Come out to Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE for a tour or tasting and sign the Declaration of Beer Independence. We'd love to show you through the brewery, sample some of our beers and let you put your own John Hancock on this Declaration! Tours spaces are free, but limited... reserve yours here.

As long as it lasts...

We're kicking off this year's American Beer Week with a big beer release! We're tapping our first 2011 batch of 120 Minute IPA at our Rehoboth Beach brewpub at noon on Monday, 5/16/11. (Due to the limited availability of this beer, we will not be selling growlers of it. We don't have a release date for the first bottled production batch of the year, but as soon as we have one - we'll share it!)

Monday (5/16)...

Gourmet Cheese and Beer Pairing Seminar - Our guy Claus and a cheese expert will talk beer and cheese pairing at the brewpub. 6:00pm - details here.

Tuesday (5/17)...

Homebrew demonstration - an all grain brewing class in the parking lot of the brewpub. 11:00am - details here.

Wednesday (5/18)...

Dogfish Head Rare Beer Tasting -We'll break out some really special vintage beers and serve small (2-3oz) samples with heavy munchies. Beers & details here.

Thursday (5/19)...

Sunset Brewery Tour with live music by Nathan Johnson (5:45 PM Tour Time / Music from 6:15ish-7:30ish).Come out for a Sunset tour of the brewery (or just drop in for a tasting) and enjoy the music.Nathan's music can best be described as laidback, acoustic rock, pop, funky, folky deliciousness. Friday (5/20)...

Show your Craft Beer Pride Day. Just like Spirit Week in high school, rock your Craft Beer colors. Visit the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery and wear a craft beer-inspired shirt, hat, headband, helmet, socks or something CRAFTY and receive a Dogfish Head poster!!!
