We tapped the first cask on our new serving system last night at Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach. It's an English-style bitter, nice and very smooth. Not sure if the cask will last the weekend, but by the end of March we will be in the groove of tapping a cask every Thursday night - make plans to join us!
