Phase 3 is finally done! As part of a multi-year expansion, which will ultimately end in a 100,000+ square foot facility - Dogfish Head Craft Brewery announces a continued expansion of the Milton, Delaware brewery.

Phase 3 officially began in June of 2004 with the installation of 2 200-barrel tanks (each 200-bbl tank holds a volume equivalent of 400 15.5 gallon kegs of beer). It continued in 2005 with the addition of 11 more 200-bbl tanks and 3 100-bbl tanks. Added in just the last few months... 10 more 200-bbl tanks!

In case you are keeping track... (starting in 2004) by the end of 2006, we'll have added:

3 100-bbl tanks and 23 200-bbl tanks.

Holy tanks Batman!!!
