We combined an old-world Belgian-style pale ale with a new-world continually hopped IPA to create this mashup of beer styles. A Belgian yeast provides spicy notes of clove and pepper. An hour-long continuous dose of Warrior, Simcoe and Palisade hops, plus a generous dry-hop including Amarillo, brings floral, citrus and pine aroma and flavor.
