The Black Briny

Irish Dry Stout

This beer was inspired by the storied seafarers of old who would bring their cargo of spices from faraway places and settle in to smoke-filled seaside pubs to enjoy a pint of the “black stuff.” We brewed a classic Irish dry stout, sessionable and roasty, then lightly seasoned it with heirloom Robusta Vietnamese peppercorns and Alderwood-smoke sea salt.
