Bloodborne was fermened with blood orange juice to provide a big, bright citrus flavor and a tartness. Then we dryhopped it with Centennial and HBC431 hops at over 2 lbs of hops per barrel. It's got a massive blast of citrus and tropical fruit in the nose. A blend of crystal malts provides just a hint of sweetness and a deep copper color.
