Our take on an Italian-style pilsener, this beer was dryhopped late in fermentation to liberate floral notes from the Saaz and Spalt hops added. To add our own off-centered thumbprint we continually-hopped it as we do our classic flagship IPA’s, but with noble Spalt hops to provide that classic spicy aroma that makes a great, crisp lager.
