We brewed a traditional kolsch-style beer with Munich malts and malted wheat and amped up the citrus with sliced lemons. Loads of Sorachi Ace hops, know for their herbal, dill-like aroma, were added both in the brewhouse and as dryhops. Perfect to pair with seafood.
