We took our world tour of malt liquor further south to concoct a Chelada-style take on a classic American malt liquor. This one featured green, white & red heirloom malted corn for crispness, a bit of spice from Tajin and sea salt and a tart, citrusy bite from key lime juice. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your Cinco de Mayo. ¡Salud!
