Midnight Sun
Hazy IPA
This rustic IPA was inspired by rugged Northern climes, crusty hearth-baked breads and earthy Scandinavian sahti. Layers of toasted oats & wheat and spicy Danko rye are complemented by fragrant, citrusy hops and piney juniper. A Norwegian farmhouse yeast brings heaps of sweet orange and tangerine aromas and a bright herbaceous finish.
