With its balance of West Coast piney and citrusy hops with just a hint of roast, this style was THE thing…until it wasn’t. We reprise it here with layers of Simcoe, Citra and Comet hops and judicious use of Black Rye & Midnight Wheat malts to deliver the darkness.
