In the recesses of our brewery lies the space where we cultivate our “Wooden...it be nice!” series; a brewer’s playground for experimenting with wild yeasts, barrel aging & infusion of culinary ingredients. And from this experimentations comes ... Solera No. 2, a wild golden ale that was barrel-aged on French Oak barrels for 1 year!
