Tres Belgielei

This traditional Belgian tripel has a deep golden color with aromas of citrus, clove, banana and a slight nuttiness. We used a blend of domestic and imported crystal and Munich malts to provide a rich maltiness to balance the trappist yeast character. The flavor has notes of orange, cloves, pepper, cardamom, toffee and caramel balanced with a moderate hop bitterness and a mild alcohol warmth.
