Hop Burst is a well-hopped double IPA that was given a huge hop burst in the whirlpool and an equally large dry-hop package. A blissfully ineffecient 3.5 lbs per barrel of Warrior, Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic and Simcoe provide a juicy blast of tropical fruit and citrus complemented by estery notes of peach from an English ale yeast.
