Complex, full flavored and light, Tropi-Lo-Cal is a sour Tepache riffed ale.  Brewed with Florida grown pineapple puree, cinnamon, ginger and traditional raw panela sugar this vibrantly tart, slightly sweet ale gives a slightly spicy aroma.  An addition of monkfruit fills out the body and mouthfeel while keeping the beer light.
