Crisp lightness is the key to this modern American Pils. For our 2024 iteration, light malt and rice offer subtly sweet aromas of water cracker and matzo meal that are deftly balanced by citrussy, tropical Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops with gentle waves of honeydew melon and guava.
