Thyme, sage, lavender, chervil, marjoram and bay leaf blend harmoniously with subtle sweetness of pils malt and the spiciness of wheat and rye malts.  A traditional Belgian yeast and fruity Jarrylo hops add complexity with clove, pear and light fruit notes.
