Kuyt was the primary beer style brewed in the Netherlands in the 19th century. Our interpretation features the traditional three-grain mix that typified the style, consisting primarily of malted oats, as well as malted wheat and barley. The oats provide smooth, nutty maltiness which we balanced with just enough Czech Saaz hops to provide a clean dry finish.
