Liquor de M'Alstrom is our annual Extreme Beer Fest collaboration brew, brewed with our brothers from another mother - Todd & Jason Alstrom of BeerAdvocate. This Malt Liquor made with Colorado Roasted Hatch Chiles, Huitlacoche, Chulpe, Flaked Corn & Hominy opens with a sharp chile pepper aroma that settles into estery fruit & notes of higher alcohols. Slight sweet, hints of corn with a peppery finish.
