Beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder, and this one is certainly a beauty! We’d like to introduce Longan for Lychee … the third release in our tArt series! Made with the infamous “dragon’s eye” fruit (aka longan) and its cousin lychee, we’re bringing you a tart saison ale brewed with a supportive cast of culinary characters including ginger and rosehip, to create a flavor ensemble of tropical fruit highlighted by spicy undertones. Finishing dry and refreshing, you’ll be longing for your next sip.

Florida Farmer Info: Lychees came from Phil's Berry Farm as well as our long-time brewery friend Emilio (the same farmer who takes our spent grain). The Longans came from QBEEF ARM Farm. All in Homestead, FL.

The Dogfish-invented continual hop doser has disobeyed its masters and instead become the continual dry-hop doser. Robot Mutiny has been dry-hopped every day during fermentation, resulting in an extraordinary amount of fruity citrusy hop aroma. 

It's time to turn that frown upside down … the second release in our tArt Series arrives this Friday, Jul. 30! Introducing (paintbrush drum roll please) … Melon-Choly! A brewery exclusive, this sour is sure to cheer you up during these dog days of summer, made using Florida musk melon and watermelon, with an addition of lactose and vanilla bean, it’s a little sweet and a little sour. Clocking in at 4.8%.

You might recognize the signature watermelon man from our mural on the exterior wall, and that would be the handywork of our friend and artist, Miami-based Jorge-Miguel Rodriguez. Inspired by the wonderful and vibrant fruit of southern Florida, we had to put it on a can in addition to our wall! Brewed with our friends at Sweat Records, Sweat? ... Sweet! showcases the unique banana and mango notes of jackfruit. This tart ale packs a punch of tangy fruitness, balanced by a slightly spicy, umami-forward finish.
