Food Pairing: Sweet Chili Roasted Pineapple Lemon Bars

Grateful Dead Juicy Pale Ale - Pale Ale 
Food Pairing: Juicy Pale ale brewed with Kernza grains, honey & oat granola and heaps of good karma.

Imperial Two Way - Imperial Brown Ale brewed with Cincinnati Chili Spices insluding Cinnamon, Allspice, Nutmeg, Bay Leaf, Aleppo Peppers, and Paprika.
Food Pairing: Imperial Two Way Chili with Jalapeno Cheddar Bread Croutons

Salsa Sharpnel - Lager brewed with Lime, Sea Salt, Cobanero Chili, Black Pepper, Cilantro And Tomato Juice.
Food Pairing: Green Chili and Pepper Jack tamales

Dākumōdo - Black lager brewed with black rice, kokuto black sugar & wakoucha tea.
Food Pairing: Squid Ink Clam Chowder with Sugar fried leeks

Stay Out My Fizz-nass - Ramos Gin Fizz-inspired beer made with DFH Mellowdious Gin barrel-aged saison, Mixed-culture sour beer, citrus zest, orange blossom water & Madagascar vanilla beans. Served on nitro.
Food Pairing: Lemon & Champagne pressed watermelon salad topped with Dill Oil

Ideophone - Extra pale dry hopped lager brewed with African Fonio grain.
Food Pairing: Maine Lobster Roll with Sriracha, Chives, and Maine Purple Dulse

Myka's Freekeh Deekeh - Wheat Ale brewed with Freekeh, Black Lime, Raisins, Coriander, Cumin, and Cinnamon Bark.
Food Pairing: Braised Lamb & Freekeh salad

World Wide Xocolatl - World Wide Stout aged in Willets Rye barrels and steeped with roasted Cocoa Nibs, Madagascar Vanilla Beans, Cinnamon Verum, Black Urfa Chiles and Mexican Piloncillo Sugar.

Fuzzy Wuzzy Wazza Berry - DDH Double New England DIPA brewed with HBC 1019 and Strata.
Food Pairing: Wood Fired Peaches & Honey Butter Biscuits

Time to Bloom - Pale Ale Brewed with Cherries, Cardamom and Cherry Blossoms.
Food Pairing: Cherry "Pop" Braised Pork Taco topped with Spicy Slaw and served on a flour tortilla

 

THE SPIRITS & PAIRINGS

Scull & Crossbones Aperitif – We teamed up with our pals at Boathouse Sports to create an Italian style aperitif that's built on a base on 6 year old apple brandy made from local Delaware apples. A sweet but bitter aperitif filled with flavors of orange, rhubarb, thyme, and red rooibos tea, this goodness is perfect for prosecco spritzes or as a partner in gin and whiskey cocktails. Chesapeake & Maine Mixologist, Ryan Warwick, has created "Below Deck", a cocktail with Scull & Crossbones, our Compelling Gin, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup.
Food Pairing: Middle Neck Clam Spring Bruschetta with Pickled Rhubarb and Orange Balsamic Sherry
