A classically dank, piney and citrusy beer that scratches every nook and cranny of that IPA itch! With a delicious, sturdy base of Golden Promise malt, we piled on the Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Centennial hops to build up a sticky heap of lupulin goodness! One pint of Covered in Nuggs will have you wanting to celebrate IPA Day everyday!
Pairing: Wood Fire Mushroom Crostini, Spicy Ricotta
It Takes A Council – 5.2% ABV
This Beer cider hybrid is the brainchild of the Rehoboth Beer Council made up of coworkers from Brewing and Eats and Chesapeake and Maine. With a subtle smokiness from apple wood smoked malt, brightened by lemongrass and smoothed out with a touch chamomile this draft will give you all the spring vibes. A special shout out to our friends at Angry Orchard in Walden, NY who grew and pressed the apple cider for us!

Just Like Jericho – 6.3% ABV
Hazy IPA brewed with Damask rose powder, rose petals, Cascade leaf and Talus, Comet, Sabro & Mosaic hops.
Pairing: Baklava
Kept in Suspense – 5.5% ABV
Traditional dark Lithuanian Keptinis raw ale brewed with a oven-baked mash of heirloom European barley, naked oats & black rye and noble hop tea.
Pairing: Chicken Liver Mousse, Toasted Rye Bread, Pickled Mustard Seeds
Mount & Ocean – 5.5% ABV
Pale ale celebrating our love of the mountains and the sea, brewed with organic Blue Ox malts from Maine, Toasted pine nuts, Balsam Fir Sea Salt, Sea Beans, Rocky Mountain Honey & Kelp flakes. Hopped with Summit, Cascade, Waimea and Pacifica.
Pairing: Maine Seafood Ceviche featuring Atlantic Sea Farms Kelp, Citrus, Seasonal Accoutrements
Palo Santo Marron – 12%
An unfiltered, unfettered, unprecedented brown ale aged in handmade wooden brewing vessels. The caramel and vanilla complexity unique to this beer comes from the exotic Paraguayan Palo Santo wood from which these tanks were crafted. Palo Santo means "holy tree," and its wood has been used in South American wine-making communities.
Pairing: Taleggio & Palo Santo Caramelized Onion Panini, Hot Honey Drizzle
The Mandala Effect – 10% ABV
Imperial Stout aged in Let's Get Lost Whiskey Barrels with Madagascar vanilla beans and a curated blend of chai masala spices.
Pairing: Smoked and Candied Chai Cashews
Tropical Squall – 8% ABV
Imperial golden ale with tropical punch vibes brewed with demerara sugar, mango, pineapple and pink guava.
Pairing: Guava Cream Cheese Tart- Tropical Fruit, Cilantro
Olde Zungenbrecher Bock – 7% ABV
German-style Pale Bock Malzlikör brewed with floor-malted Bavarian Pilsener & Vienna malts, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops and German zuckerrübensirup. Note: limited 40 oz bottles will be available for sale to-go.
Pairing: German Wurst, House Made Beer Mustard, Braised Red Cabbage
UnPropper English – 10% ABV
An updated classic brewed with the finest British pale ale malt and fermented with a fruity English ale yeast, this oak aged tipple blends the lushness of English Old Ale and the bright citrus and tropical aromas of the newest of the new American hop varieties.
