Inspired by the mangonada, this fruited sour was brewed with loads of Alphonso mango puree and to provide an off-centered twist on the classic, we added heaps of starfruit puree to the mix. Bright tropical flavor with notes of pear dominate with a subtle spice, apricot & lime from Tajin and Chamoy added to the fermenter. Contains Lactose.

We began this cold IPA with a simple grist of pilsener malt & a touch of malted wheat, plus flaked rice for a crisp body. Then we added hops all through the brewing process: In the mash, kettle, whirlpool and finally in the dryhop during fermentation. Our house lager yeast was fermented at higher-than-normal temperatures which, along with the late fermentation dryhop of Citra, Galaxy and Comet creates intense tropical fruit flavors of passionfruit and mango, along with citrus & gooseberry notes.

We love the abundance of aroma and flavor that Horkin' Heapload IIPA has to offer, but in the heat of the summer, it's perhaps too much. We have an itch to scratch and we found the backscratcher. Same ingredients, same process, same everything; only it's just half a heapload. Horkin' Halfload is brewed from just the right amount of pillowy barley, oats and wheat to deliver a manageable mound of bright citrus and tropical hop goodness

Something old. Something new. This rustic farmhouse ale is the amalgam of a Chardonnay-infused beer-wine hybrid aged in French oak puncheons for one year blended with 3-year-old, Chardonnay-barrel-aged, mixed culture golden ale. Complex aromas of grape, boysenberry and oak give way to a palate of light tannins, tart white grape and peaches with a long, dry finish.

We used only the tastiest bits of the hops to create this juicy, refreshing IPA. Crafted from a blend of Pacific Northwest varietals like Comet, Sabro, Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic, it’s a veritable fruit salad of citrus & tropical goodness.

This sage-infused IPA was conceived as the sorta Left-Coast cousin of our sprucecentric pale ale, Pennsylvania Tuxedo. We sought out sustainably produced white sage clusters grown in the foothills near Santa Barabara, CA. White sage is prized for its intense, resiny aroma that pairs perfectly with piney Simcoe and citrusy Comet & Citra hops. A firm malt backbone balances all that herbaceous-ness with spicy rye malt, rich Munich & Crystal malts, and a crackery pilsener malt base. The result is bold & assertive with verdant sage, sappy pine, and bright grapefruit.

Brewed with 8 pan-Asian ingredients that add up to one Zen drinking experience, this fruit beer showcases calamansi, a tangy citrus-kumquat hybrid fruit. Kaffir lime leaf & lemongrass provide layers of floral lemon-lime, and crystallized ginger brings a touch of spice. Himalayan pink salt and monkfruit add some brightness and balancing sweetness. Finally, a dose of cold-brewed Sencha green tea lends some light kiwi & grassy notes for a refreshingly complex crusher that drinks like a shandy blended with ginger beer. It’s like summer in a glass!

The perfect storm of our original Squall IPA and a new juicy IPA, Hazy Squall is continually hopped with cascade, and dry-hopped with a luscious hop blend to form a tropical citrus tempest. With flavors of orange creamsicle and pineapple that are balanced by a low bitterness, every sip of Hazy Squall will have you chasing your next adventure!

This cold IPA is a rush! The malt bill is simple with just pilsener & wheat malts plus flaked rice for a crisp, snappy body that allows layers of saturated hop flavors to shine. The aroma bursts from the glass with white grape, mango, & passionfruit and the flavor is reminiscent of a Marlborough sauvignon blanc with big notes of pineapple, peach and tangerine.
